But how you feel about eating and training is the root of the cause.

A quick example of Weight Management Hypnosis; A diet tells you what not to eat, how much to eat and gives you external instructions that you have to follow, but that does not take away the cravings, excuses, emotional eating, it is the "do it like this or fail" approach.
What I can do for you is the internal approach, as all decisions, needs and beliefs start in the mind I can reprogram how you feel about food, how much you eat without feeling like you have missed out, and feeling great about it.
I do not use a dictator style hypnosis, but an organic way that is healthy for you and you will always feel naturally awesome.

Hypnos Gastric Band
A surgical Gastric Band is an affective yet invasive procedure.
As a quick example; awake or in a hypnotic sleep I can raise and lower your hands without touching them by making you believe they are attached to balloons, and you will feel as if your hands are being pulled out of your control.
It's a basic technique but a good example of how belief works.
What I can do for you is program your mind to believe it has a gastric band on, this will result in the same affects of eating less due to feeling fuller without feeling like you are on a diet and without the invasive surgical Gastric Band procedure.
And as usual, you will always feel naturally awesome.
